Gravel Installation
For the parts of the yard that were never going to grow grass.
Side yards, pathways, parking strips, the strip along the fence that stays mud eight months a year. Gravel delivered and laid so it stays put instead of disappearing into the dirt.
What's included
Everything in this job, spelled out.
- Area cleared and leveled. Weeds, grass and debris removed, then the ground prepared and leveled.
- Landscape fabric where it helps. Laid under the gravel so it doesn't sink into mud and weeds don't come up through.
- Gravel delivered. Right size and type for what the area is actually used for.
- Spread to an even depth. Deep enough to hold up to walking or parking.
- Edges defined. So it stays in the area instead of migrating into your lawn.
- Site cleaned up. Surfaces blown down, nothing left behind.
The work
Gravel Installation, on real properties.

How it works
Three steps, no runaround.
1
Show us the area
Photo or walkthrough. Tell us what it's for — foot traffic, a car, or just killing a mud patch.
2
We spec it
Different gravel for a walking path than for something you'll park on. We'll tell you which and roughly how much.
3
Delivered and laid
Cleared, graded, fabric if it makes sense, gravel spread and edged.
“Prompt. Affordable. Great local company to support. Did a great job outlining the scope and expected cost.”

Questions
What people ask before they book.
Do I need weed fabric underneath?
Usually yes. Without it, gravel works its way into the soil and you're re-doing it in a couple of years, plus weeds come straight up through. It's a small cost that decides how long the job lasts.
What kind of gravel should I use?
Depends on use. Crushed rock packs down and holds up to weight, so it's better for parking and driveways. Rounder decorative gravel looks better but shifts underfoot. We'll match it to what you're doing.
Can gravel fix a muddy side yard?
Most of the time, yes — it's one of the most common reasons people call us. If the mud is coming from a drainage problem, we'll tell you that instead of burying it.
Will it stay put?
If the area is edged and the depth is right, yes. Gravel spread loose over bare dirt with no edge is what migrates into the lawn.
