Sprinkler & Irrigation Repair

Sprinklers that water the lawn, not the driveway.

Heads that never pop up, sprays hitting the sidewalk, a timer nobody has touched in three years. We fix the heads, aim the sprays, set the timer for the season, and winterize the system before the freeze.

What's included

Everything in this job, spelled out.

  • Every zone run and checked. We turn the system on and watch it, so we see which heads are actually failing.
  • Broken and blocked heads replaced. Cracked, clogged, mown-over, or buried under three years of bark.
  • Spray patterns re-aimed. Pointed back at the lawn and beds — not the sidewalk, the fence, or your window.
  • Timer set for the season. Programmed for what the yard actually needs now, and we show you how to change it.
  • Winterized before the freeze. Lines blown out so water can't sit in them over winter and crack the pipes.

How it works

Three steps, no runaround.

1

Tell us what it's doing

Dry patch, sprinkler hitting the driveway, a head that won't pop up. Call or text and describe it — a photo helps.

2

We run the system

Every zone, watched from the yard. Most head and spray problems show up in one cycle.

3

We fix and re-test

Heads replaced, sprays aimed, timer set — then we run it again so you see it working before we leave.

“They were on time and performed excellent work. Work was done on time and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lobos Landscaping.”

Questions

What people ask before they book.

Why is my sprinkler watering the sidewalk?
Heads get knocked, mowed over, or shift as the ground settles, and their spray drifts off target. Usually it's a matter of re-aiming or replacing the head — quick work.
Do you fix broken pipes, valves, or install new systems?
No — we handle the parts you can see and set: heads, spray patterns, timers, and winterizing. If we find a broken underground line or a bad valve, we'll tell you straight so you can get an irrigation contractor for that part.
How often should the timer be changed?
At least with the seasons. A schedule that's right for July drowns the lawn in October. We set it when we're out and show you how to adjust it yourself.
When should I winterize?
Before the first hard freeze — around here that usually means November. We blow the lines out so no water is left sitting in them to freeze and crack the pipes.
